Anytime, Anywhere Care With Virtual Visits

See a doctor from your computer or mobile device 24/7

When you don’t feel well, your child is sick or you come down with something while traveling, the last thing you want to do is sit in a crowded waiting room. Now, you don’t have to.

If you’re enrolled in a Rockwell Automation medical option, you now have access to Virtual Visits through UnitedHealthcare. With Virtual Visits, you consult with a board-certified physician via video on your computer, smartphone or tablet—anytime, anywhere. It’s like having the doctor come to you.

Get Quick, Quality Care

With a few simple clicks on your computer or mobile device, you have fast access to low-cost, convenient care, 24 hours a day. Virtual Visit providers can diagnose and treat a wide range of non-emergency medical conditions, including:

  • Allergies
  • Bladder infection/urinary tract infection
  • Bronchitis
  • Cold/cough/flu
  • Diarrhea
  • Ear ache
  • Fever
  • Pink eye
  • Rash
  • Sinus problems
  • Sore throat
  • Stomach ache

If needed, the doctor can even call in a prescription you can pick up at your local pharmacy.

No Appointment Needed!

For a Virtual Visit, simply:

  1. Log in to myuhc.com or the UnitedHealthcare Health4Me app. (You must register with Health4Me before your first Virtual Visit.)
  2. Choose a virtual provider group.
  3. Register with your virtual provider group and enter the virtual waiting room. (Don’t worry, the wait time is typically less than 30 minutes.)

That’s it. When the doctor arrives, you will be able to see and talk to the doctor about your health concerns—and the doctor will be able to see you and provide care by video. Most visits take about 10 – 15 minutes. Just like any other doctor visit, Virtual Visits are subject to your plan deductible and coinsurance. However, they often cost less than an in-person visit.
