  • Submit your 2016 Flexible Spending Account (FSA) claims by March 31, 2017. Any money in your account after the March 31 deadline will be forfeited with one exception: If you participated in a 2016 Health Care FSA, up to $500 can carry over into 2017.   • Taking prescription medication? Check the CVS/caremark drug list next month. CVS/caremark will publish a new drug list effective April 1. Visit caremark.com to make sure your family’s medications are on the new list.
  • Enrolled in the UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Vision Plan? Let your provider know! To get in-network vision benefits and rates, use UHC vision providers and let them know at the time of service that you have vision insurance with UnitedHealthcare. No ID card needed! Also, tell your provider that UHC has a new contact lens formulary effective April 1. Choosing contacts from the list may help you maximize your contact lens benefit.
